How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by adding the desired items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet.

*Please be aware that if you order a poster we can not cancel or change the order once it is done because every product is made by order and automatically gets send to gelato, so we have no control over that.

What is your return and exchange policy?
