FAQ

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order! You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Please note:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Before sending anything back, email us at returns@gearshiftgallery.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Please keep in mind that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund promptly.

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet.

*Please be aware that if you order a poster we can not cancel or change the order once it is done because every product is made by order and automatically gets send to gelato, so we have no control over that.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • France
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Poland

Shipping times vary depending on the product type and your location:

Posters

  • Germany: 2–6 business days
  • International: 2–8 business days

Building & Display Sets

  • Germany: 2–6 business days
  • International: 2–8 business days

3D Prints

  • Germany: 5–8 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

All of our 3D prints are manually configured and produced on a single printer. We usually begin printing on the same day your order is placed and aim to ship it out by the following day.

However, during peak times, high demand, or necessary printer maintenance, delays may occur. In such cases, the production time might take longer.

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible and will provide a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out to us at info@gearshiftgallery.com.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

We currently do not offer Expedited Shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
