Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within the following time frames:

  • Austria: 3-5 business days
  • France: 3-5 business days
  • Germany: 2-5 business days
  • Netherlands: 3-5 business days
  • Poland: 3-5 business days

3D Prints Disclaimer:

All of our 3D prints are manually configured and produced on a single printer. We usually begin printing on the same day your order is placed and aim to ship it out by the following day.

However, during peak times, high demand, or necessary printer maintenance, delays may occur. In such cases, the production time might take longer. We always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed in the event of extended delays.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

We currently do not offer Expedited Shipping.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

No, we do not deliver to parcel lockers or post offices. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for any loss or additional shipping costs. A reshipment will only take place if the customer covers the new shipping costs.
