Return Conditions

Return Period:

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Exclusions:
There are no exclusions; all items are eligible for return.

Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return Procedure

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we are a small, growing online shop.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item should return it for a refund and place a new order.
